Shipping & Returns


Order

To place an order, follow the instructions on the ordering pages of the website. You are able to amend or correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on the “Place Order Now” button on the “Payment Method” page. You must provide the requested information for us to process your order. We reserve the rights to request further information from you at any time to enable us to complete your order and/or to comply with regulatory requirements. By placing an order, you confirm that the details contained in the order are correct in all respects. We will use various procedures to authenticate each transaction. Order details amendment is not allowed.  A contract between you and us is formed when we receive your confirmation order and send you a confirmation email that your order has been accepted. Please print a copy of the confirmation page for your records. We may, at any time, decline to process your order or any part of your order for any reason including where insufficient or incorrect information has been provided, authentication has not been possible or an exchange rate has been quoted in error. You will be required to choose your payment method at the time of online ordering. Payment is required upon placing an order. Cash on delivery is not accepted. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with order summary and an invoice.

Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled before they are fulfilled. Upon cancellation of order, any refund will be credited as store credit to the customer’s account at thepnpglobal.com and can be used for next purchase. Refunds to credit card or cash are not available. No refund for cancellation once the order is fulfilled.

Shipping

Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for ordering and returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a customer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. The maximum refund offered is the value of the product. Further compensation is not available. We ask for patience with factors that may be beyond our control (e.g. traffic conditions etc.) as we cannot be held liable for any such delays.

Damaged Item During Shipment

P&P Global Skincare Sdn Bhd would not be held liable for any damage that is rendered to our products at the advised destination once the products have been delivered. The customer is responsible to check that they receive the products in good conditions upon delivery. If product is found damage upon receiving, customer should not accept the parcel and immediately return to the courier representative. Once the products have been delivered and signed for, P&P Global Skincare Sdn Bhd is unable to accept any liability neither for any damage sustained to the products thereafter nor for any failure to follow the instructions provided. However, customer may make their own claim with the respective courier company.

Delivery Conditions

Our products are to be delivered to you at a requested address. We do delivery within West and East Malaysia. It is essential that during delivery, someone is in to receive the products. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost for any second attempt of shipment. P&P Global Skincare Sdn Bhd would not be held liable for any damage that is rendered to our products at the advised destination once the products have been delivered. We require somebody responsible, to check that they receive the products in good conditions upon delivery. If product is found damage upon receiving, customer should not accept the parcel and immediately return to the courier representative. Once the products have been delivered and signed for, P&P Global Skincare Sdn Bhd is unable to accept any liability neither for any damage sustained to the products thereafter nor for any failure to follow the instructions provided.

Force Majeure

Neither we, nor any courier service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control including but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever.

Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at thepnpglobal.com In the rare event that our products fail to meet our commitment to quality, a refund may be offered at our discretion. We will endeavor to resolve all requests for refund within 7 business days of receiving the request.

Complaints

We take complaint and feedback very seriously. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Any complaints or request for refund must be made within 72 hours upon receiving the products.

Returns

It is not able to refund the the item unless there is any prescription given from doctors notifying that skin has reacted due to one of our ingredients. To customers who are eligible to refund: You have [7] business days to return an item from the date you received it. Only return via courier with tracking number given is accepted, walk in will strictly not be entertained. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase from our website.

Refunds

Once we received the returned item, we will inspect it and notify the customer that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify the customer on the status of the refund after inspecting the item. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the customer. All refunds will be credited as store credits to the customer’s P&P Global Skincare Account at thepnpglobal.com. The store credit at P&P Global Skincare Account can be used for next purchase. Refunds to credit card or cash are not available. If your return is not approved, we will resend you the parcel.    The customer is responsible to check that they receive the products in good conditions upon delivery. If the product is found damage upon receiving, customer should immediately inform our support team at thepnpglobal.com. We will provide a refund in a form of gift voucher as soon as possible after inspection and investigation.
